Senator Dan D. Hall called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.

S.F. 558: Senator Johnson: Public procurement actions original jurisdiction granted to district courts.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 558, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1011: Senator Nelson: State and local government settlement accountability and transparency.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 1011, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1416: Senator Kiffmeyer: Daylight saving time (advanced standard time) year-round standard.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 1416, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 998: Senator Koran: Cities and towns professional private consultants hiring process establishment.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 998, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
