Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:11. Quorum Present.

S.F. 182: Senator Lang: Biomass business compensation authorization (re-referral).



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 182, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1039: Senator Goggin: Renewable development account public utility annual contribution modification; Prairie Island net zero project establishment and grant appropriation; business compensation process for loss of business opportunity resulting from the sale and closure of a biomass energy plant establishment; appropriating money (re-referral - sections 3 and 4).



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1039, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1100: Senator Goggin: Tribes to exercise concurrent state law enforcement jurisdictional authority requirements modifications.



Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 1100, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1786: Senator Limmer: Sexual assault reporting and policies requirement, physically helpless in sexual assault crimes definition modification; sexual assault crimes reporting to any law enforcement agency authorization.

S.F. 1257: Senator Miller: Epinephrine auto-injectors use by certain individuals completing training program authorization (re-referral).



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 1257, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
