S.F. 182: Senator Lang: Biomass business compensation authorization (re-referral).
Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 182, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 1039: Senator Goggin: Renewable development account public utility annual contribution
modification; Prairie Island net zero project establishment and grant
appropriation; business compensation process for loss of business
opportunity resulting from the sale and closure of a biomass energy plant
establishment; appropriating money (re-referral - sections
3 and 4).
Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1039, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

authority requirements modifications.
