Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:05pm

S.F. 1658: Senator Anderson: Family Enhancement Center grant appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1658, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1390: Senator Anderson: Voice response suicide prevention and mental health crisis response program and text message suicide prevention and mental health crisis response team appropriation.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 1390, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 695: Senator Hall: Human services department and metropolitan council data sharing for special transportation purposes authorization.



Senator Bigham moved that S.F. 695, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1912: Senator Jasinski: Rice county transitional housing program appropriation.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1912, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1982: Senator Mathews: State agency hearing for county to dispute liability for portion of cost of care of clients in regional treatment centers or state nursing facilities due to delayed discharge establishment; recovery of disputed costs of care from clients preclusion.
