Senator David J. Osmek called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM A quorum was present

S.F. 1372: Senator Mathews: Hydropower sources meeting renewable energy standard size limitation elimination.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 1372, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 633: Senator Osmek: Nuclear power plant certificate of need issue prohibition abolition.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 633, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
