Senator Dave Senjem called the meeting to order at 8:34

S.F. 1894: Senator Chamberlain: Sports wagering commission establishment; sports pool operators and sports wagering premises licensing requirement; mobile and electronic ports pool licenses establishment; sports pools conduct regulation; local restrictions prohibition; sports wagering participation restrictions; excise tax imposition on sports wagers in lieu of corporate tax.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 1894, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 1502: Senator Chamberlain: Corporate franchise tax application to certain captive insurance companies clarification.
