Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:11 p.m.

S.F. 153: Senator Westrom: Emergency medical services regulatory board guidelines for paramedic (EMT) patient assistance in prescription medication administration.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 153, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 761: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan funding operation extension; reporting specifications.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 761, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 875: Senator Wiklund: Spoken language health care interpreters registry system establishment and appropriation.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 875, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
