Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m.

S.F. 890: Senator Eichorn: Well and boring notification fees limitations.



Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 890, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 966: Senator Nelson: X-ray practice of cardiovascular technologists education requirements authorization.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 966, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1168: Senator Benson: Physicians ultrasound image viewing prior to an abortion requirement.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1168, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.
