Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.

S.F. 11: Senator Housley: Electronic monitoring in nursing facilities and assisted living facilities requirements establishment.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 11, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 751: Senator Rosen: Opiate epidemic response; registration fee; response advisory council; response account; appropriation; provisions modifications.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 751, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
