Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 1264, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 238: Senator Housley: Pupil transportation adjustment calculation modification; pupil transportation working group establishment.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 238, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1245: Senator Kiffmeyer: Office of MN.IT Services abolishment; administration department division of information technology establishment; agency information technology flexibility.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 1245, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
