Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 75, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

Senator Newman moved that S.F. 91, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
