S.F. 77: Senator Chamberlain: Seasonal temporary food stand licensure requirement exemption.

Senator Mathews moved SF 77 before the committee.

Senator Mathews moved the A1 amendment

The A1 amendment was adopted.

Senator Mathews moved to reconsider the A1 amendment vote.

The motion passed and the A1 amendment vote was reconsidered.

Senator Mathews moved to strike lines 1.6 through 1.8 of the A1 amendment.

The motion was adopted.

Sen Mathews moved to adopt the A 1 amendment as amended.

The motion was adopted.

Senator Chamberlain presented SF 77 to the committee.

Members discussed.


Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 77, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
