Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:35 AM.

Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 2991, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 730: Senator Rosen: Opiate stewardship program, manufacturer registration fee, advisory council, and account establishment; prescription monitoring annual opiate registration fees and manufacturer license surcharge requirements; opiates quantity limit; appropriation.
