Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 10:35 a.m.

S.F. 3437: Senator Housley: Eldercare and Vulnerable Adult Protection Act of 2018.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 3437, the previous committee report from Health and Human Services be amended and when amended do pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings on SF 3437.. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2991: Senator Weber: Real estate appraisal advisory board creation and duties prescribed.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2991, the previous committee report from the Committee on State Government Finance and Policy and Elections be adopted and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings on SF 2991. - MOTION ADOPTED.
