Senator Bruce D. Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.

S.F. 3135: Senator Hall: Auxiliary containers regulation by counties, cities and towns prohibition.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 3135, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 4020: Senator Anderson: Annexation of designated areas by means other than in an orderly annexation agreement prohibition.
