Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 11:25 a.m.

S.F. 2536: Senator Ruud: Cuyuna country state recreation area citizens advisory council modification.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 2536, be recommended to pass and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings.. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3392: Senator Chamberlain: MNsure operations funding and health carriers and plans certification authority modifications; federal waivers and approvals submission deadline requirement; human services commissioner risk-bearing limitations imposition.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 3392, the Committee Report from the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety be adopted and when adopted,be amended to re-refer to the Committee on Health and Human Services and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for further proceedings.. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3480: Senator Draheim: Health care services price disclosure requirements modifications.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 3480, do pass and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings.. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3417: Senator Benson: Minnesota health policy commission establishment and appropriation.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 3417, the Committee Report from the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety be adopted and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings. - MOTION ADOPTED.
