Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:08pm

S.F. 2161: Senator Senjem: Regional behavioral health crisis programs in selected communities development grant bond issue and appropriation (No action can be taken. Presentation of bill is for informational purposes only.).

S.F. 3679: Senator Rosen: School-linked mental health grants delivered by telemedicine appropriation.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 3679, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 3333: Senator Rosen: Welfare provisions and EBT card requirements modifications; asset limits imposition; probation officers requirement to provide of a list of probationers who test positive for illegal substances to the welfare fraud division establishment. (This bill will be heard for informational purposes only.).



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 3333, as amended, be laid over.
