Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:05. Quorum Present

S.F. 2863: Senator Relph: Sexual assault examination kit handling procedure establishment and victim notice requirement.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2863, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2864: Senator Relph: Criminal sexual conduct offenses for persons in current of recent positions of authority over juveniles expansion.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2864, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 3673: Senator Limmer: Civil commitment discharge of persons committed as mentally ill and dangerous, sexually dangerous, or persons with a sexual psychopatic personality provisions modifications.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 3673, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2491: Senator Nelson: State and local government settlement accountability and transparency establishment.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2491, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1589: Senator Abeler: Electronic device location tracking warrants information reporting authorization.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1589, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 837: Senator Carlson: Cellular (wireless) phone use while driving a motor vehicle prohibition.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 837, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3300: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Ignition interlock requirement for repeat driving impaired offenders; driving without a license after DWI-related offense not a payable offense.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3300, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
