Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 7:15 P.M. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2786: Senator Hayden: Rare diseases advisory council establishment.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 2786, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Higher Education Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3004: Senator Johnson: Veteran status data secretary of state collection for state agency appointments.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 3004, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2490: Senator Nelson: Older adult social isolation working group establishment and appropriation.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 2490, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
