Senator Mark Johnson called the meeting to order at 3:09

S.F. 2908: Senator Eichorn: Modular homes requirements clarification.



Senator Lang moved that S.F. 2908, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.

S.F. 2909: Senator Eichorn: Manufactured home park closings regulation; advances to the Minnesota manufactured home relocation trust fund by housing finance agency (HFA) authorization.



Senator Westrom moved that S.F. 2909, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 2837: Senator Koran: Housing infrastructure bonds used to finance manufactured housing park infrastructure for lease to low-and moderate-income manufactured home owners authorization.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3301: Senator Nelson: Minnesota housing tax credit contribution fund, income tax credit and appropriation.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 3301, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3700: Senator Draheim: Minnesota Bond Allocation Act housing bonds modifications.



Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 3700, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3238: Senator Dziedzic: Housing finance agency (HFA) rental assistance for mentally ill, homework starts with home, and local housing trust fund grants appropriations.



Senator Dziedzic moved that S.F. 3238, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.
