Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:00

S.F. 3508: Senator Nelson: Child care licensing correction order posting requirements modification.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 3508, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3310: Senator Weber: Child care licensing provisions modifications.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 3310, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 801: Senator Benson: Terminology correction change from food support and food stamps to supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP).



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 801, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2515: Senator Abeler: Community support plans and coordinated service and support plans completion requirements and timelines modifications.



Not heard.

S.F. 3833: Senator Abeler: State-operated services clients with assaultive or violent behavior placement requirement.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 3833, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2483: Senator Utke: Adult foster care and community residential setting license capacity modification and home and community-based services plan review and evaluation and intervention services modification.

Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2826, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 2988: Senator Relph: Stable housing and support services for vulnerable youth grant program and appropriation.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2988, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
