Senator Bruce D. Anderson called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. Senator Dan D. Hall took over as Chair at 8:37 a.m.

S.F. 3418: Senator Chamberlain: Metropolitan council transportation finance, budget, appropriations, accounting, fiscal planning, and reporting provisions establishment and modification.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 3418, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2978: Senator Koran: State auditor requirements specification to review CPA firms audits.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 2978, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 2871: Senator Koran: Hair braiders cosmetology registration requirements exemption.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 2871, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
