Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:06. Quorum Present.

S.F. 893: Senator Relph: Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts enacted (A delete everything amendment will be posted early next week.).



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 893, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2721: Senator Limmer: Court technology fund permanency authorization.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2721, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2881: Senator Latz: Child pornography possession inclusion in reportable conduct under the maltreatment of minors act.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 2881, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
