Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 10:32 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2556: Senator Chamberlain: Asset protection relating to retirement health savings and medical savings accounts establishment.



Senator Chamberlain moved that S.F. 2556, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2581: Senator Pratt: Mortgage loan originators licensing requirements modifications.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 2581, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2582: Senator Pratt: Interfering with point of sale terminals, gas pump dispensers and automated teller machines crime establishment.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 2582, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.
