Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:37 AM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2547: Senator Kiffmeyer: Corridors of commerce funds equal split between metropolitan area and outside the metropolitan area requirement.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2547, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2998: Senator Newman: Counties transit improvement board elimination and conforming changes.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2998, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2999: Senator Newman: Metropolitan council transportation division transit financial activity review by the legislative auditor frequency modification.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2999, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
