Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:07. Quorum Present

S.F. 2862: Senator Rosen: Invasion of privacy crimes maximum penalty increase; predatory offender registration for certain stalking crimes involving minors requirement.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2862, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2699: Senator Limmer: Child pornography offenses penalties increase; reports on court-imposed stays of sentence or adjudication for sex offenses requirement; grounds that permit a parent and child to reunify after the parent sexually abuses the child restrictions authorization.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2699, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2554: Senator Benson: Information on the connection between pornography and sex trafficking collection requirement; penalty assessment modification.



Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 2554, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
