Senator Eric R. Pratt called the meeting to order at 3:04 PM. A quorum was present.
S.F. 1510: Senator Goggin: Public schools monthly utility consumption data maintenance requirement.
Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
S.F. 1829: Senator Gazelka: Independent school district #2759, Eagle Valley; school district
reorganization operating debt bond issue authorization and transition aid
for districts attaching territory; school districts dissolution and
attachment procedures modification.
Be recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.
S.F. 1475: Senator Pratt: Statewide MCA and MTAS testing participation financial incentives to
school districts authorization.
Be recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.
S.F. 1756: Senator Utke: Alternative teacher preparation grant program establishment and
appropriation.
As amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.
S.F. 1281: Senator Eichorn: Public school students to attend courses at nonpublic schools authorization.

S.F. 1474: Senator Eichorn: Innovation zones for school districts and charter schools creation and
appropriation.
