Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 997: Senator Housley: Prescription eye drop refills health insurance plan coverage requirement.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 997, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1627: Senator Relph: Cancer chemotherapy health insurance plans level of coverage indication requirement.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1627, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1243: Senator Limmer: Persons furthering terrorism life insurance beneficiaries payment limitation establishment.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1243, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
