Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 9:07 AM.

S.F. 1844: Senator Kiffmeyer: Advanced practice registered nurses and physicians assistants addition to certain statutes.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 1844, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1003: Senator Rosen: Medical assistance (MA) coverage expansion for community-based service coordination in jails.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1003, be laid on the table.

S.F. 1353: Senator Rosen: Telemedicine practice requirement establishment.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1353, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1291: Senator Utke: Health care provisions under the jurisdiction of this committee Article 4 Sections 1, 2 and 3 will be heard.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 1291, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1105: Senator Abeler: Medical assistance (MA) perinatal services bundled payment system commissioner of human services (DHS) establishment and implementation requirement.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 1105, be laid on the table.

S.F. 1958: Senator Abeler: Acupuncture for pain relief to reduce opioid prescriptions study requirement and appropriation.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 1958, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1963: Senator Benson: Health insurance coverages provisions modifications.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1963, be laid on the table.
