Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:06 PM.

S.F. 1032: Senator Relph: Traumatic brain injury definition for state traumatic brain injury program modification; fetal alcohol syndrome reduction program appropriation.



Senator Klein moved that S.F. 1032, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1010: Senator Nelson: Specialized care facilities provisions modifications; nursing facility services access hardship area determination criteria modification.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 1010, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 593: Senator Nelson: Prescription drug coverage prior authorization requirements modification; prescription drug benefit transparency and disclosure requirement.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 593, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 730: Senator Rosen: Opiate stewardship program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 730, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 1058: Senator Jensen: Hennepin county juvenile psychiatric hospital construction moratorium exception authorization.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 1058, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1309: Senator Jensen: Physicians restrictive noncompete agreements prohibition.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 1309, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1517: Senator Abeler: Health maintenance organizations (HMO) quality of care complaints record and data provisions modifications.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1517, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1050: Senator Abeler: 340B drugs identity and report process development requirement; federally qualified health centers to submit claims for payment directly to commissioner of human services; federally qualified health centers and rural clinics provisions modification and appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1050, be laid over.

S.F. 1496: Senator Benson: Collaborative community dental hygiene services requirements modification and dental assisting services requirements establishment.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1496, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
