Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:34 AM. A quorom was present.

S.F. 1011: Senator Chamberlain: PENDING RE-REFERRAL: Transit financial activity auditing and reporting requirement and appropriation.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 1011, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1527: Senator Chamberlain: Duplicate motor vehicle certificates of title issuance by deputy registrars authorization.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 514: Senator Kiffmeyer: PENDING RE-REFERRAL: Omnibus elections bill.
