Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM.

S.F. 563: Senator Koran: Direct injectable drugs medical assistance (MA) reimbursement provisions modification.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 563, be laid on the table.

S.F. 519: Senator Jensen: Intergovernmental transfers and supplemental payments hospital surcharge exemption; mandatory intergovernmental transfer repeal.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 519, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1708: Senator Wiklund: Spoken language health care interpreters registry system establishment and appropriations.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 1708, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 751: Senator Eaton: Prescription opioids written disclosures requirement.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 751, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 720: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan as a state-based reinsurance program with Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association administration authorization and appropriation.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 720, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
