Senator Michelle L. Fischbach called the meeting to order at 1:05 PM.

S.F. 1303: Senator Anderson: Higher education state grant program parameters adjustment.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 1303, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1040: Senator Tomassoni: County higher education scholarship program funded by mineral royalties establishment.



Senator Isaacson moved that S.F. 1040, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Local Government Policy Committee.

S.F. 735: Senator Jensen: Spinal cord and traumatic brain injury advisory council modification; spinal cord and traumatic brain injury student research scholarship and education program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 735, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
