Senator Jeremy R. Miller called the meeting to order at 1:03PM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 899: Senator Goggin: Temporary or seasonal agricultural workers exemption from overtime requirements.



Senator Goggin moved that S.F. 899, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Agriculture, Rural Development, and Housing Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 784: Senator Utke: Economic development grant programs eligibility requirements modification and appropriation.



Senator Miller moved that S.F. 784, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 369: Senator Housley: Water conditioning installation requirements modification.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 369, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
