Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 10:38 a.m. A quorum was present at 10:43 a.m.

S.F. 929: Senator Koran: Auto theft prevention funds redirection from general fund to insurance fraud prevention account.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 366: Senator Housley: Real estate appraisers investigations, background checks and disciplinary actions requirements modification.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 366, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:13 a.m.
