Senator Eric R. Pratt called the meeting to order at 3:04 PM. A quorum was present. Senator Gary Dahms was excused.

S.F. 256: Senator Chamberlain: A bill for an act relating to taxation; income; providing a credit for donations to fund K-12 scholarships; extending the K-12 education credit to tuition.
