Senator James P. Metzen called the meeting to order at 12:13.

S.F. 227: Senator Latz: Debt collection buyers regulation.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 227, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 138: Senator Bonoff: MNvest registration exemption for crowdfunding transactions.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 138, as discussed, laid over. - MOTION CARRIED.
