Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 9:09am.

S.F. 3367: Senator Sheran: Resolution urging Congress to take action on the Interest of Others Act of 2016.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 3367, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2090: Senator Johnson: Resolution expressing concern over persistent and credible reports of systematic, state-sanctioned, forced organ harvesting from nonconsenting prisoners of conscience, primarily from Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned for their spiritual beliefs, and members of other religious and ethnic minority groups in the People\'s Republic of China.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 2090, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
