Senator Charles W. Wiger called the meeting to order at 8:30am

S.F. 2813: Senator Johnson: Full-service community schools funding increase.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2813, be laid over.

S.F. 2394: Senator Wiger: Referendum equalization revenue, aid, and levy calculation modification.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2394, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2318: Senator Hoffman: General education basic revenue allowance increase.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2318, be laid over.

S.F. 2329: Senator Hoffman: School finance supplemental compensatory revenue formula establishment and appropriation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2329, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 3062: Senator Eken: Northwest regional partnership higher learning opportunities for teachers program and appropriation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 3062, be laid over.

S.F. 2411: Senator Franzen: Early learning scholarships, home vising programs, and parent aware activities increased funding and modifications; appropriation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2411, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 2861: Senator Jensen: Minnesota State University, Mankato teacher on special assignment and graduate teaching fellowship program appropriation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2861, be laid over.

S.F. 2308: Senator Chamberlain: Literacy/dyslexia specialists requirement and appropriation.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2308, be laid over.

S.F. 2306: Senator Wiger: Deaf or hard-of-hearing children special education services eligibility charter school enrollment authorization.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2306, be laid over.
