Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:09pm

Annie Levenson-Falk, Legislative Energy Commission, with brief
     presentation on energy policy resources



S.F. 2678: Senator Franzen: Sophia\'s Law; marine-grade carbon monoxide detection devices on motorboats; carbon monoxide poisoning safety information from motorboats.



Senator Sieben moved that S.F. 2678, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2363: Senator Tomassoni: Eligible energy reimbursement costs clarification.



Senator Schmit moved that S.F. 2363, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2451: Senator Clausen: Surface or subsurface drainage on agricultural land requirements establishment.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2451, be laid over.

S.F. 2711: Senator Schmit: Working lands watershed restoration program establishment for perennial crop growth incentive and appropriation.



Senator Schmit moved that S.F. 2711, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2793: Senator Marty: Invasive species control authorization; wild rice license requirements modification; natural resources regulations and penalties streamlined review and report requirement.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2793, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.
