Senator David J. Tomassoni called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. He indicated that the letter referenced by Greta Gauthier, (Legislative Director of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency) during yesterday\'s hearing on S.F. 1659 (Eken) is in the members\' packets for their information (see handout #1).

S.F. 138: Senator Bonoff: MNvest program establishment and securities registration exemption for crowdfunding transactions.
S.F. 1516: Senator Hoffman: Natural gas vehicle and fueling station rebate program.
S.F. 1987: Senator Hawj: Shade tree removal and replacement grant appropriation.
S.F. 1948: Senator Marty: Electric vehicle promotion program, rebates and incentives.
