Senator Kathy Sheran called the meeting to order at 8:11 a.m.

** SF 1889 and SF 866 have been added to the agenda. SF 1445 has been removed from the agenda. There will be an informational only hearing on SF 809. **


S.F. 988: Senator Clausen: Durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and medical supply providers Medicare payment limit and Medicare enrollment requirement exemption.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 988, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1272: Senator Hawj: Deaf and hard-of-hearing services division funding and deaf, deafblind, or hard-of-hearing persons services grant program appropriations.
