Present: Senator Rod Skoe - Chair, Senator Ann H. Rest - Vice Chair, Senator Thomas M. Bakk, Senator Kari Dziedzic, Senator Chris A. Eaton, Senator Paul E. Gazelka, Senator Lyle Koenen, Senator John Marty, Senator Carla J. Nelson, Senator Julianne E. Ortman, Senator Roger J. Reinert, Senator David H. Senjem, Senator Dave Thompson

Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:45am Senator Rest chaired the meeting for Senator Skoe to present the following:

S.F. 1558: Senator Skoe: Income and corporate franchise, estate, sales and use, special, property and other taxes and provisions technical and clarifying changes.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1558, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1559: Senator Skoe: Income, corporate franchise, estate, excise, special, property and other miscellaneous taxes and provisions policy changes.



Senator Thompson moved that S.F. 1559, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 881: Senator Rest: Estate taxes apportionment modification.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 881, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 848: Senator Eaton: Income tax dependency exemptions child support allocation authorization.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 848, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1494: Senator Eaton: Dependent care income tax credit expansion.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1494, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 244: Senator Franzen: School readiness income and corporate franchise tax credit and appropriation.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 244, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1805: Senator Johnson: Child and dependent care income tax credits modifications.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1805, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
