Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:40am

S.F. 1623: Senator Franzen: Estate tax exclusion amount increase and rates modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1623, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 743: Senator Nelson: Estate tax exclusion amount federal conformance.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 743, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 198: Senator Koenen: Estate tax federal exclusion amount conformance.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 198, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 577: Senator Koenen: Estate tax gift inclusion modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 577, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 837: Senator Rest: Estate and gift tax date extension computation modification, amended returns authorization, and appropriation.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 837, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 881: Senator Rest: Estate taxes apportionment modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 881, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1055: Senator Skoe: Estate tax exclusion amount and exclusion amount portability between spouses modifications.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1055, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 554: Senator Skoe: Qualified small business and qualified farm property estate tax subtraction increase.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 554, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
