Senator Patricia Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 2:16 p.m. SF 455 Sieben Election administration modifications Senator Hayden moved that SF 455 be recommended to pass and be sent to Judiciary. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Torres Ray announced that a quorum was present for the previous motion.
