Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:08pm.

S.F. 1098: Senator Dibble: Energy optimization project goals; cogeneration projects inclusion in energy conservation plans (for possible inclusion in energy omnibus bill).


S.F. 1132: Senator Scalze: County waste reduction and recycling funding purposes and solid waste management tax revenue allocation modifications; recycling markets and potential new product development analysis and appropriation.



Senator Scalze moved that S.F. 1132, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1432: Senator Marty: Public entity purchasing requirements, recycling and solid waste, subsurface sewage treatment systems, compensable losses due to harmful substances, and grant eligibility modifications.
