Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 8:37 a.m. Senator Clausen presented S.F. 3. Senator Rosen moved S.F. 3 be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Hayden moved an oral amendment, on line 2.1 after the “ insert, “38.128 million”. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Hayden moved S.F. 734 as amended be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Eken moved S.F. 63 be recommended to pass and laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. MOTION PREVAILED. S.F. 3: Senator Clausen: Rural mental health professionals, public health nurses, dental therapists and advanced dental therapists education loan forgiveness program addition and appropriation.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 3, be recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 734: Senator Hayden: Minnesota family investment program (MFIP) cash assistance payment amount increase.



Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 734, as amended, recommended to pass and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 790: Senator Franzen: Minnesota stroke system appropriation.



Senator Franzen moved that S.F. 790, be recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 63: Senator Eken: Medical assistance (MA) coverage for licensed independent clinical social workers and licensed marriage and family therapist consultations authorization.



Senator Eken moved that S.F. 63, be recommended to pass for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
