Absent: Senator Dan D. Hall, Senator Kathy Sheran

Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:08 pm. Senator Hall and Senator Sheran were excused from the hearing.

Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 385, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.
