Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 3:10 pm. Senator Bakk declared a quorum was present.

H.F. 683: Senator Wiger: Legislative water commission creation.



Senator Gazelka moved that H.F. 683, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1641: Senator Dibble: Medical marijuana use authorization.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 1641, Joint Rule 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings on SF 1641 and that the report from the Committee on Health, Human Services and Housing be adopted. - MOTION PREVAILED.
