Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 9:08 AM.
Senator Thompson moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on March 17, 2014 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 2761: Senator Pederson: Waite Park local sales and use tax imposition authorization.
S.F. 2439: Senator Sparks: Albert Lea local sales and use taxes expiration date extension.
S.F. 1064: Senator Sparks: Amusement devices retail sale definition for sales tax purposes modification.
S.F. 2279: Senator Ruud: Baxter and Brainerd local sales and use tax extension and termination delay.
S.F. 1839: Senator Schmit: Wabasha sales and use tax imposition authorization.
S.F. 2217: Senator Jensen: Sales tax exemption for nonprofit snowmobile club machinery and equipment
purchases.
S.F. 2838: Senator Westrom: Sales tax exemption for agricultural drainage tiles.
