Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.

S.F. 2296: Senator Bonoff: Energy transmission lines siting regulation.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 2296, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2101: Senator Saxhaug: Renewable chemical and advanced biofuel capital equipment loan and incentive program establishment; advanced biofuel production incentive program establishment; biomass production incentive program establishment.

S.F. 2477: Senator Skoe: Legislative energy commission propane conversion strategies investigation and reporting requirements.



Senator Eaton moved that S.F. 2477, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 455: Senator Fischbach: High-voltage transmission line proposed routes public utilities commission (PUC) designation requirement.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 455, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2448: Senator Marty: Energy antiquated, unnecessary, redundant and obsolete laws elimination.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2448, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
